The workout programme is designed to help you lose weight, get fit and feel great...all done to amazing soundtrack guaranteeing you a fun, sexy and sassy dance workout. The Dirty Dance team start by showing you a few basic steps that will be used throughout the DVD. Once you’ve got the hang of these – you can move on to the workout. The workout starts with a 10-minute warm up to get your body ready for the serious stuff and prevent any strain. You then have the option of two, 20-minute dance workouts – a ‘Beginners’ and an ‘Advanced’ followed by a cool down section at the end of your workout. The very fit among you can even run the whole DVD from warm-up to cool down, doing BOTH dance workouts, turning it into around an hour-long routine.Region 2
