Description
A comedy based on the true story of Frank Sinatra's uproarious visit to
Sydney in 1974. The local press hounded him to high heaven, and in true Sinatra
style he retaliated, dubbing the Aussie press 'fags and hookers', at his opening
concert.
It's 1974 and Rod (Joel Edgerton), a young music promoter, is in for his biggest
challenge. He's convinced Frank Sinatra (Dennis Hopper) to come back to Oz. Now
Rod's in for the ride of his life as everything that can go wrong does, and all
Frank has to do is apologize! But there are two things Frank never does, 'yawn
in the presence of the woman he loves... and say sorry.'
