Description
The five heads of London s underworld syndicates meet to propose a ceasefire and to discuss a proposal from a Swiss bank. The bank will pay each of the groups a significant pay-off if they all agree to surrender their turf and relocate outside of the city. Four of the heads agree to sign the treaty but Sosofra--head of the South London gang refuses. Not wanting to let one person s decision stand in the way of a very lucrative deal the other four gang bosses conspire to kill Sosofra
