Description
The reference section where the user can access video and text information for
advice on preparing for the theory test and explain the process involved in
passing the test. It makes the learner more aware of what is expected in the
various elements of the driving test by covering several topics.
Practice
Allows the learner explore the knowledge they need for their official test in
the form of three minigames designed around the DSA content principles.
Test
The user can take a test in the format of the official theory test using real
DSA official question banks. As with the real theory test, these have a set time
limit in which to complete. This section is broken down into 3 areas:
- Quick Test: The user selects the time available and receives fewer questions
than the full test,
- Mock Theory Test: The user sits a full-length test of 50 questions that have
to be completed in approximately 57 minutes with questions from the official DSA
question bank. The pass mark is 43 out of the 50 questions.
- Hazard Perception: The user takes one of eight tests provided by the DSA to
emulate the experience of the real test as taken on the test day. The user is
asked to watch a video and tap on the touch pad every time they see a potential
hazard.
